Can I order express shipping?
Good news! All our items are already shipped express at no extra cost due to a great deal with our shipping providers.
Do you provide tracking information?
Absolutely. We will notify you with tracking details upon dispatch. You will be able to follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep.
How long will it take?
All our products are handmade to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production time as handcraft quality takes time and we cannot compromise even a single stitch!
Once dispatched, shipping shouldn’t take longer than 5 business days for most international orders. Shipping time to most EU destinations takes between 2-5 business days while shipping within the UK takes no longer 2 business days.
I am a non-EU buyer. Can you tell me more about the import tax and duty?
Please be advised that for deliveries outside the EU, shipments can be subject to import fees and taxes, which are due on arrival. These are NOT included in the item price and must be cleared by the customer.
Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. Most likely the shipping company will issue you with an invoice,
this however varies from country to country. In our experience, the customs processing is pretty straightforward. However, it's impossible for us to determine these charges as they vary from country to country. If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.
Judging from past buyers' experiences, US and Australian customs are fairly lenient.
For example, USA customer won’t need to pay any import tax and duty on goods valued at less than USD800 and Australians at less than AUD1,000.
What is your return/refund policy?
We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. If an item needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend insuring the package with your chosen shipping company as we cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive or arrive damaged.
All returns must be approved beforehand. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization and further instructions. A refund will be issued once we receive returned items through the original method of payment.
Can I return personalised items?
Products personalised with monogram are not returnable. If we made a mistake personalising your product, or you received a faulty item of course we will take appropriate action by either replacing it or providing a full refund.
